This online shop deals with the brand themselves or their direct distributors. We handle the sale and they handle the order, meaning they are the one shipping the product to you. So shipping & returns condtions varies. if you ordered from more than one vendor you will receive your products in a separate parcel since they are being shipped from different locations. (eg: if you order 1 MeLuna and 1 Miacup you will receive 2 parcels, one from Germany and one from South Africa)
