I dislike my period intensly

They are very heavy, and about 2 years ago they were totally out of control, my cup was my saviour. Now they are under control but I still love my cup. It's the cleanest way to handle it. I live in a country where waste management is an issue and I travel to other countries where disposable methods are not an option. I'd never go back! They are safer too. My rate of yeast infections have dropped drastically since I started using this. I don't have leaks, I hardly remember I even have a period when I do. As a sports person who's active on horse, in the gym and outside, this is vital. "
