Its 42ml of capacity makes it the biggest cup on the market to this day. Could be a life saver for women with a very heavy flow.

In the table under "capacity". the first number is for the capacity in ml to the holes and the second one to the rim.

Stem The stem is recommended for women who prefer to wear MeLuna very deep, or whose cervix is positioned very far back in the vagina. Beginners who are anxious about removing MeLuna might prefer the stem grip. By the way – if the stem is too long or bothersome, it can be easily trimmed to your preferred length.

Ball The ball is our most popular grip style.

Ring is easy to grasp and can make removal easier, so it is often preferred by beginners.

Basic has no grip at all, and we recommend this style for only for very experienced users. Insertion and removal require a lot of practice.
