You can cancel your order within seven working days of the day of receipt.

If you do wish to cancel your order please notify us by sending me an email using the contact form quoting your name, order number and details of the items ordered

For reasons of personal hygiene we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, please return it to the address I will provide you for an exchange or refund. The goods should be returned in their original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Items that are returned soiled or damaged will be rejected and returned without refund.

If you return goods, please retain proof of posting from your local Post Office. You will be responsible for the returned products until they reach us. Your refund will be credited back onto the same card or account that you used when you placed your original order.
